These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of aipulsetv.com (the "Service"), operated by aiPulse ("we", "our", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

aiPulse is a subscription-based AI content curation platform. We aggregate, score, and clip segments from publicly available video content on YouTube, presenting them in a personalized feed tailored to your interests. Clips range from 1 to 7 minutes and are refreshed daily.

2. Subscription & Payment

  • Access to the feed requires an active paid subscription.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time through your Account Settings or the Stripe billing portal.
  • Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@aipulsetv.com for assistance.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide a valid email address and keep your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • One subscription per person. Sharing account credentials is not permitted.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from the Service
  • Redistribute, re-upload, or commercially exploit clips served through aiPulse
  • Attempt to circumvent subscription requirements or access controls
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Interfere with the Service's infrastructure or other users' experience

5. Content Disclaimer

Video content displayed on aiPulse is sourced from publicly available YouTube videos. We curate and clip segments but do not own the underlying content. All rights to the original videos remain with their respective creators and rights holders.

We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information presented in clips. Content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your data.

7. Account Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time through Account Settings.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
  • Upon termination, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect access. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, aiPulse and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Intellectual Property

The aiPulse platform, including its design, algorithms, and curation technology, is our proprietary property. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on our platform without prior written consent.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to our principal place of business, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration or the competent courts of our jurisdiction.
